Access to Natural Grass Tee
add + $329
Get that on-course feel while using the natural grass tee area. The large range, hitting area, and course-like targets make it possible to replicate playing conditions & scenarios at any distance. Regular range bucket fees apply. Once 2025 Grass Tee Access is sold out for the season you can join our waiting list for the opportunity to add this feature. Current members on the waiting list will be contacted in order when a spot becomes available.

All you can hit, all year long! Unlimited range buckets of any size, any time, while you practice.

• A Senior is considered 60 + years old.
• A Junior is considered 18 years old or Younger.
• Memberships & Add-Ons may be purchased directly in the Pro Shop, by mail, by phone 978-774-8180, or online.

Natural Grass Tee
Unlimited & Standard Members will get that on-course feel while using the natural grass tea area. The large range, hitting area, and course-like targets make it possible to replicate playing conditions & scenarios at any distance.
Chipping Area
Bring able to get up-and-down from anywhere 50 yards and in is a foal for any golfer. Sun ‘N Air’s chipping / pitching area can accommodate the most imaginative of golf shots & help you become more confident around the green or from the bunker. Eliminate those extra stroked; knock it close form anywhere, and you will see improvement in your final score. Practice when it’s convenient for you: putting / chipping, grass tee, & range areas are all lit for nighttime use.
3-Hole Practice Course
Take what you’ve learned right to the course & tune your game from 200 yards and in. This challenging par-3 track will offer many different looks. Three different tee boxes will keep practice rounds fun and exciting.
Putting Green
Confidence on the green will translate to better scores. Master this championship style putting green & you’ll be knocking in more putts on the course. A variety f regulation sized target holes will test your skill, and sharpen your nerve, all while you practice.
