I am on a Sports team/involved in an after school program. How Does this affect my chances of being hired?
Applicants must understand that we are looking to fill the business needs. Depending on the current staff make-up we might value one applicant that is available more than another. We understand that many of our applicants have other commitments during the school year. In the spring, if you are able to commit to at least one or two shifts a week until school ends it would still be helpful to us. It would also be extremely helpful if applicants have availability in the fall.
I am retired or have a full time job and I am only interested in working around 10-12 hours per week.
We currently have employees that only work a few shifts a week and it is very helpful to us. For these applicants we work around their current schedule and accommodate their needs to the best of our ability.
Do I get to hit “free” buckets of balls and discounts on Pro Shop equipment?
Yes, however there are some restrictions and this subject is further discussed during the interview process.
